Rajesh Gupta made an offer to acquire 26% of stake in Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Limited for INR 33.4 million on March 7, 2022. In a related transaction Rajesh Gupta agreed to acquire 57.15% of stake in Dynamic Portfolio Management & Services Limited. Rajesh Gupta will pay INR 11 per share for the acquisition of stake in Dynamic Portfolio Management.

Pre transaction Rajesh Gupta holds a stake of 15.18% in Dynamic Portfolio. This offer is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance and no statutory approvals rquired except approval from Reserve Bank of India. The tendering period will open on May 2, 2022 and close on May 16, 2022.

Cameo Corporate Services Limited acted as registrar to the offer and Finshore Management Services Limited acted as manager to the offer of Rajesh Gupta.
