DoValue buys another 11,500 shares of its own common stock

(Alliance News) - doValue Spa announced Monday that it purchased 11,500 shares between Jan. 2 and Jan. 5.

The shares were taken over at a weighted average price of EUR3.3279 per share for a total value of EUR38,270.00.

As a result of these purchases, doValue holds a total of 1.5 million treasury shares, representing 1.9 percent of the share capital.

doValue's stock is down 1.2 percent at EUR3.26 per share.
