Dongil Steel Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A023790) and In-Hwa Jang signed a share transaction contract to acquire an additional 4.7% stake in Fine Besteel Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A133820) from Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A042660) for KRW 4.9 billion on July 24, 2015. The buyers offered KRW 3270 per Fine Besteel's shares. Dongil Steel Co. acquired an additional 1 million shares and In-Hwa Jang acquired an additional 0.5 million shares. The transaction is expected to complete by September 30, 2015.
