Domino's Pizza, Inc. Announces Executive Changes, Effective Oct. 2, 2020

Domino's Pizza, Inc. announced the promotion of Senior Vice President – Chief Technology Officer Kelly Garcia to executive vice president – chief technology officer, effective Oct. 2, 2020. Garcia will join the Company's senior leadership and will report to Domino's Chief Operating Officer Russell Weiner. Garcia replaces Executive Vice President – Chief Information Officer Kevin Vasconi, who has announced his retirement from Domino's, effective Oct. 2, 2020. Garcia joined Domino's in 2012 as vice president – eCommerce development. In addition to the ordering platforms making up the Company's AnyWare® suite, Garcia and team launched Domino's GPS technology and Domino's Carside Delivery™ applications in recent months. Prior to joining Domino's, Garcia was vice president of business intelligence and North American operations for R.L. Polk & Co.
Domino's Pizza, Inc. is the world's leading pizza delivery chain. The group also provides fast food products (sandwiches, pasta, bread side dishes, salads, desserts, beverages, etc.). Net sales break down by activity as follows:
- operation and management of supply centers (60.6%): dough-making centers, thin crust manufacturing, food supply, vegetable processing, equipment supply, etc. At the end of 2023, Domino's Pizza, Inc. will have 27 centers in the United States (22) and Canada (5);
- operation of restaurants in the United States (32.5%): activity assured, at the end of 2023, through 6,854 points of sale, including 6,566 franchisees and 288 directly owned outlets;
- operation of restaurants outside France (6.9%): 13,737 franchisees.
