DKSH strengthens the Executive Committee

DKSH appoints three new members to the Executive Committee. Antoine Mangin (Chief Human

Resources Officer), Dan Culverhouse (Head of Supply Chain Management) and Martin Frech (Chief Strategy Officer and Head of eCommerce), will join DKSH's Executive Committee.

Zurich, Switzerland, February 15, 2021 - DKSH recognizes the contributions of Human Resources, Supply Chain Management and Strategy/eCommerce by announcing the decision to make the functional head roles part of its Executive Committee, effective March 1, 2021.

Antoine Mangin has been Chief Human Resources Officer of DKSH since June 2020. Based in Singapore, he will continue to ensure DKSH's talents and capabilities remain fit for the future, in line with the strategic direction, as well as to evolve DKSH's culture and modernize the employee experience. Antoine brings 22 years of extensive Human Resources experience across Europe and Asia with firms such as Mars Inc, L'Oréal and Renault. He holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Strasbourg, France.

Dan Culverhouse joined DKSH in January 2018 and was appointed Head of Supply Chain Management in October 2018. Based in Bangkok, Dan has been instrumental in aligning the Supply Chain Management team according to a transformative agenda to drive the Business Units' strategic direction, operational excellence, cost management and to modernize DKSH's 160 distribution centers. Dan has 30 years of Supply Chain Management experience with firms such as M.H. Alshaya, TCC Global and Tesco Group in various markets, such as Kuwait, Turkey, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Korea and the UK.

Martin Frech is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of eCommerce. He joined DKSH in January 2018. Based in Zurich, Martin has played a key part in defining DKSH's strategic pillars across the company, while at the same time driving growth in the eCommerce business. Martin has 18 years of experience in senior strategy positions in Europe, Asia and the US with organizations such as Mondelez International, the Hershey Company and Accenture. He holds a Master's degree in Economics from the Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Germany, and an MBA from the University of Iowa, USA.
