(SZSE:300396) and Wuhan Zhongjingxin Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. signed share transfer agreement to acquire 22.09% stake in Wuhan Landing Medical Hi-Technology Company Limited from Wuhan East Lake High-Tech Development Zone Development Corporation for CNY 18.9 million on January 19, 2016. Dirui Industrial Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300396) will pay CNY 8.6 million and Wuhan Zhongjingxin Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. will pay CNY 10.4 million.
