DirectView Holdings, Inc. and Virtual Surveillance Sign Master Agreement with Integrity General Contractors

DirectView Holdings, Inc. announced that the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Virtual Surveillance, have signed a master agreement with Integrity General Contractors, and have received the first contract. The master agreement grants DirectView the ability to bid on any jobs in which Integrity General Contractors is operating as a general contractor. Under the contract, DirectView will supply and Virtual Surveillance will install security, surveillance, access control, and low voltage cabling to a facility in the food manufacturing industry. DirectView anticipates the first contract will be one of many in this newly formed business relationship.

The Company, through its subsidiaries, provides video surveillance solutions and teleconferencing products and services to businesses and organizations. It operates in two divisions: Security (Video Surveillance) and Video Conferencing. The Security division offers technologies in surveillance systems providing onsite and remote video and audio surveillance, digital video recording, and services. It also sells and installs surveillance systems and sells maintenance agreements. The Video conferencing division offers teleconferencing products and services that enable clients to conduct remote meetings by linking participants in geographically dispersed locations. The Video Conferencing division provides conferencing products and services to organizations such as law firms, banks, high tech companies and government organizations.
