On January 10, 2022, DiamondRock Hospitality Company (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the acquisitions of the Henderson Beach Resort and Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort. ITEM 8.01. Other Events.

On December 23, 2021, the Company completed the acquisition of the 170-room Henderson Beach Resort, located in Destin, Florida, for $112.5 million.

On January 6, 2022, the Company completed the acquisition of the 103-unit Tranquility Bay Beachfront Resort, located in Marathon, Florida, for $63.0 million.
