Dhanuka Agritech Limited Announces Closure of Manufacturing Unit at Gurgaon and Shifting of Manufacturing Operations to Keshwana, Rajasthan

Dhanuka Agritech Limited has permanently closed its manufacturing activities at one of its plant situated at Daulatabad Road, Gurgaon-122 001, Haryana, with effect from January 9, 2018 due to unavoidable circumstances. The manufacturing activities at the above plant have been closed after completion of necessary formalities in accordance with the provisions of Section 25FFA read with Section 25F of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The entire workforce affected by this closure has been paid appropriate compensation payable as per Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 along with all other statutory dues. The total production of Gurgaon unit has already been shifted to Keshwana (Rajasthan) unit. This closure does not have any adverse effect on operations of the company as the manufacturing operations shall take place at its manufacturing unit situated in Industrial Area, Keshwana Rajput-303 108, Kotputli, Dist-Jaipur (Rajasthan).

The Companyâs distribution network consists of around 6,500 distributors and 80,000 retailers.
