Debbie Jones will assume a newly created role as Global Head of ESG for Company Research. Debbie is based in London and will work with Deutsche Bank analysts globally across the Research platform to integrate sustainability considerations into company and sector analysis. She will drive collaboration on ESG topics and will coordinate content to align with the bank's sustainability goals. Debbie will become a member of the Sustainability Council of Deutsche Bank Group.

Deutsche Bank Research has been expanding capabilities in ESG analysis across all asset classes and sees Sustainability Research as a key focus area for investors. David Folkerts-Landau, Chief Economist and Global Head of Research, says 'Debbie's appointment underscores the strategic importance of incorporating sustainability into Deutsche Bank Research. Debbie is a respected analyst who has covered ESG topics in her sector for several years and she is ideally suited to lead our growing Sustainability offering that is in strong demand from our clients.'

Debbie has been with the bank since 2006 and was most recently a senior analyst for US Paper & Packaging. Company coverage continues under Kyle White in New York who has been promoted to lead analyst for the sector.
