Cannell Capital Seeks Resignation of Directors at Destination XL Group

On January 29, 2020, Cannell Capital LLC announced that it opts to be specific and proposes the resignation of John E. Kyees, Ward K. Mooney, and Seymour Holtzman as directors of Destination XL Group, Inc. Accordingly, Cannell Capital stated that it intends to withhold its votes for the election of John E. Kyees, Ward K. Mooney, and Seymour Holtzman as members of the Company’s Board at the annual general meeting of shareholders in August 2020 assuming they remain on the Board of Directors at that time.
Destination XL Group, Inc. is a specialty retailer of big and tall men's apparel with retail locations throughout the United States. The Company operates through the Retail segment.
