(SZSE:002631) agreed to acquire 40% stake in Suzhou Boer Thermostatic Technology Co., Ltd. from Zhejiang Boer Wood Co., Ltd. for CNY 30 million on January 16, 2017. After the transaction, Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group will own 40% stake in Suzhou Boer Thermostatic Technology. Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group will use its own funds to finance the transaction.
Der Future Science and Technology Holding Group Co., Ltd., formerly Der International Home Furnishing Co., LTD., is a China-based company, principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and distribution of wood floor products. The Company primarily provides consolidated composite floor products and solid wood composite floor products. The Company distributes its products under the brand name of DER. Its wood floor products are mainly applied in home furnishing, building floor and shop floor. The Company also provides customized wardrobes, density boards, and graphene preparation equipment, application products and testing services.
