(TSEC:2308) announced that will receive TRY 377,300 in an equity round of funding from returning investor Delta Electronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited (SET:DELTA) on January 5, 2018. The transaction is subject to approval from board of directors of the company. The transaction is expected to close by January 2018.
The investor will acquire 49% of the stake in the company pursuant to the transaction.
