The notice of the general meeting, including the board's proposed resolutions and the notice of attendance and proxy form, is attached to this notice. Greve (chair) is a Norwegian citizen and works as a strategic advisor in Cipriano AS. He has previously worked as partner ofWikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS for 15 years and as partner of Arctic Securities ASA. Furthermore, he has held and holds various positions as board member and chairman in Norwegian and international listed and unlisted companies. He holds a degree in law (cand.jur) from theUniversity of Oslo . Gunnar Hvammen is a Norwegian citizen and works as an active owner/founder through his different companies organized under the holding company Lauvheim Holding AS within the oil service, real estate business and technology. He has previously worked forFondsfinans and Normarine Offshore Consultants (today Pareto Offshore). Hvammen held and holds various positions as board member/chairman in Norwegian unlisted companies - previously also listed companies, and went toBI Norwegian Business School .Glen Rødland is a Norwegian citizen, and is an independent investor and the chairperson and board member inABL Group ASA ,Prosafe SE , Pascal Technologies AS and ATDL AS. He was a senior partner at HitecVision for four years, and for 10 years was a partner and co-investor of Direct Active Investments in Ferncliff TIH AS. Rødland has worked for 15 years with portfolio management, financial analysis, and investment banking for DNB (Vital) andSwedbank (formerlyFirst Securities andElcon Securities ). In addition, Rødland has served as chairperson of the board of directors inSeadrill Limited and Prospector Offshore Drilling and as board member in Standard Drilling. He has also worked in the shipping company Jebsens and as a management consultant inPWC . He has MBA and Post Graduate studies in Finance from NHH andUCLA .
