Dear Life Co.,Ltd. announced dividend guidance for the full year of 2022. For the year, the company to pay a dividend of JPY 44.00 per share against JPY 30.00 per share paid a year ago.
For the year, the company expected to pay a dividend of JPY 34.00 per share against JPY 30.00 per share paid a year ago.
DEAR LIFE CO., LTD. is engaged in the real estate business. Real estate segment provides a range of real estate-related services, including the development and planning of real estates, investment and management of profitable real estates, asset management, and real estate brokerage. The sales promotion segment provides temporary staffing service which mainly includes sales support staff and clerical staff for condominium sales at model rooms and condominium leasing. The outsourcing service segment provides rental fee collection, payment management, arrears dunning, contract reception and delinquency warranty service.
