Davicom Semiconductor, Inc. (TSEC:3094) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,000,000 shares, representing 2.36% of its issued share capital for TWD 260.98 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price falling in the price range from TWD 16.50 per share to TWD 25 per share. The purpose of the share repurchases is to transfer to its employees. The program is valid till May 1, 2020. As of February 27, 2020, the company has 1,515,000 shares in treasury.
