The board (the "Board") of directors of Datang Group Holdings Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that the contracted sales of the Company, its subsidiaries and associates (the "Group") as of 30 April 2021 was RMB4.998 billion; the sales area was 486,300 square meters; the average selling price was RMB10,277 per square meter.
From January to April 2021, the Group achieved accumulated contracted sales of RMB14.350 billion; accumulated sales area of 1,394,200 square meters; average selling price of RMB10,292 per square meter.
