Dassault Systèmes announced Monday that it has signed a partnership agreement with Mistral AI to accelerate the deployment of generative AI in the industrial sector.

The two groups explain that they intend to combine the virtual twin and sovereign cloud technologies developed by the software publisher with the large language models (LLMs) designed by Mistral AI.

In particular, they explain that they intend to use Outscale, Dassault Systèmes' hyper-confidence cloud platform, to offer Mistral's LLMs as a service ('aaS').

Mistral AI, a company founded just over a year ago by Timothée Lacroix, Guillaume Lample and Arthur Mensch, develops new models of generative AI for businesses, combining a scientific approach, an open model and a responsible vision of technology.
