Dar Global PLC is a United Kingdom-based company engaged in a differentiated international real estate business. The Company focuses predominantly on developing real estate projects comprising second homes for internationally mobile customers in locations across the Middle East and Europe, including downtown Dubai, Muscat in Oman and the Costa del Sol region in the South of Spain. The Company' projects include AIDA, Les Vagues by Elie Saab, Urban Oasis by Missoni, 8min-to-Central, Oh So Close and W Residences, among others. The Company's Aida project in Oman includes a hospitality component with 450 hotel rooms and related facilities. Les Vagues by Elie Saab is located on Qetaifan Island North, which is a part of the private gated community of Qetaifan Islands that lies within the new city of Lusail, located just to the north of Doha. Urban Oasis by Missoni comprises an under construction residential development called Urban Oasis Tower by Missoni.
