Notice Concerning Conclusion of Commitment Line Agreement

We hereby give notice that Daiwa Office Investment Corporation (the "Investment Corporation") decided today to conclude a commitment line agreement for a total of 2,500 million yen as below.

1. Reason for the Conclusion of the Agreement

The Investment Corporation decided to conclude commitment line agreement to secure flexibility and stability in financing method for potential needs of funds as well as to build a solid balance sheet.

2. Details of the Agreement

(Note) Daiwa Next Bank, Ltd. falls under the category of interested party under the internal rules on dealings with interested parties of Daiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co. Ltd. (the "Asset Manager"), to which the Investment Corporation entrusts the management of its assets. Consequently, the Asset Manager has conducted the decision making procedures set forth in the rules.

3. Other Matters Required for Investors to Appropriately Understand and Evaluate the Above Information

There arises no change in the content of the investment risks described at "1. Fund Information, 1-1 Status of Fund, 1-1-3 Investment Risk" of the Yukashouken Houkokusyo filed as of February 18, 2022 with respect to the risks involved in repayment of the borrowing.
