In 1927, construction of "Hibiya Daibiru Building" in Hibiya, Tokyo, was completed.

The eight-story "Hibiya Daibiru Building" adopted the "core system" used for skyscrapers in New York. Numerous architects were impressed by Hibiya Daibiru Building's elegant exterior,

which was the crystallization of Daibiru's passion for urban development.

With the core system, common areas of a building, such as elevators, corridors, and hot and cold water supply facilities, are located at the center of the building.

Its logicality and cost efficiency contributed to the progress in building concepts and was highly regarded by the Architectural Institute of Japan.

The history of the Japanese office buildings is synonymous with the history of Daibiru, an enterprise that responds to the needs of the era.

Brand Strategy

All employees work together under the spirit of "Team Daibiru"

to promptly respond to the needs of the tenants and of the market.

The true value of an office building cannot be measured by the building alone.

Without the facility management and services built on the concerted efforts of sales staff, office spaces that offer true comfort, security and safety cannot be created.

We will bring together the strengths of approximately 2,500 members of the Group to achieve our goals.
