From May 6, 2020 to August 21, 2020, the company has repurchased 179,136 shares, representing 1.98% for KRW 2,496.64 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 179,136 shares, representing 1.98% for KRW 2,496.64 million under the buyback announced on May 6, 2020.
Dae Yu Co., Ltd is a Korea-based company mainly engaged in the production and sale of fertilizers. Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through two segments. The Fertilizer segment is involved in the manufacturing and sale of fertilizers such as compound fertilizers, trace element compound fertilizers and organic material products. The fertilizers can be applied to fruits, vegetables, leafy vegetables, root vegetables and beans. Fertilizers are sold under the names of Daeyunarugen, Purio and Daeyu Mirigun.
