Cybercom has been named one of Sweden's Top 100 Most Exciting Employers in the Karriärföretagen awards, for the third consecutive year. This success is underpinned by meritocracy, exciting career paths and community engagement.

'It is enormously pleasing that we are one of the most exciting employers in Sweden. Prizes are great, but each individual employee is a win for us. It is our employees who drive forward Cybercom's development. Our consultants, and the solutions we create, take us all the way from Östersund to the Caribbean islands, via the UN Global Compact, driverless cars, national electronic identification and connected elevators. We are very proud of all of this. In 2015, 225 new employees joined Cybercom, and that was another 225 wins. This year we are looking for 365 new employees - one for each day of the year,' says Cecilia Westerholm Beer, Head of Group HR, Cybercom.

The IT world speaks a universal language, without barriers between countries, cultures, genders, social backgrounds, age or religion. Diversity is the best ingredient for developing innovative solutions for a more sustainable future. Meritocracy rules at Cybercom - we hire employees on the basis of merit, and those who love their job. We seek to offer a stimulating and engaging working environment, in which everyone has an equal opportunity to pursue a career.

'Our ambition is that both genders are represented at every level of the organisation. We strive to achieve gender balance in management, and we are seeking more female consultants in all countries where we operate. You will find over 50 nationalities at Cybercom. We work with Connectivity and its solutions, and we are convinced that a connected world strengthens the human being, the environment, business and society. This enhances the exchange of knowledge and creates democracies in our society - and in communities distant from our own. Through digitalisation, we take steps of knowledge to excluded urban and sparsely populated areas - both in Sweden and in all corners of the world,' says Charlotte Siversson, CSR Ambassador, Cybercom.

Sweden's Karriärföretagen awards are conferred by Jobtip, and the selection process includes ratings from company employees.

The reasoning:

'With its focus on knowledge, professional development opportunities for its employees, and active CSR efforts, IT consultant Cybercom stands out from the crowd. With a corporate culture in which employees can grow both professionally and individually, new talent evolves on a day-to-day basis through creative teamwork. This, together with a clear dedication towards improving the performance of its employees and clients, makes Cybercom more than just a workplace, and we therefore name it one of Sweden's Top 100 Most Exciting Employers 2016.'
