Cyber Security 1 AB (publ) announced that at its EGM held on 28 January 2020, the shareholders elected Johan Bolsenbroek, Antoine Karam, Frank Kamsteeg, Corné Melissen, Robert Blase and Thomas Bennett as new board of directors of the company. The EGM resolved to elect Johan Bolsenbroek as chairman of the board of directors.
