ANNOUNCEMENT

DIVESTMENT OF SHAREHOLDING IN TAMADAM CWT SDN BHD

CWT Limited wishes to announce the divestment of its entire 49% shareholding in Tamadam CWT Sdn. Bhd. (the "JV") to its partner, Brahim's Holdings Berhad, for a consideration of RM1. The JV was originally set up in 2008 for new business projects which did not materialize and has since remained a dormant company.

The divestment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings and net tangible assets of the CWT Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2013.

None of the directors or controlling shareholders of CWT has any interest, direct or indirect, in the divestment.
