ANNOUNCEMENT

Divestment of Shares in CWT Maiia Trade Services Pvt Ltd

CWT Limited ('CWT' or the 'Group') wishes to announce the divestment of its entire 51% shareholding in CWT Maiia Trade Services Pvt Ltd (the 'Company') effective 29 October 2015 on a willing-buyer-willing- seller arm's length basis for a sales consideration of INR 51,000 (S$1,096). The Company provides import and export logistics services in India. The divestment is in line with the Group's continual review and rationalisation of its businesses.

The divestment is not expected to have any material impact on the consolidated earnings and net tangible assets of the Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015. None of the directors or controlling shareholder of CWT has any interest, direct or indirect, in the divestment.
