On July 24, 2018, Thomas Brophy resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer of CÜR Media, Inc. As a result of Mr. Brophy's resignation, he relinquished his role as the company's Principal Executive Officer for Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting purposes. Mr. Brophy will continue to serve as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
