CTCBIO., Inc. (KOSDAQ:A060590) agreed to acquire a Factory in Ansan City from SK Chemicals Ltd (KOSE:A006120) for KRW 11 billion on November 8, 2010. As of December 31, 2013, the expected transaction settlement date was extended to June 30, 2014. As of June 17, 2014, the expected transaction settlement date was extended to August 30, 2014.
