(Alliance News) - CrowdFundMe Spa let it be known Thursday that, together with Fundera, the first Italian portal authorized by Consob to place minibonds, it is preparing to launch a synergy to increase, on the investor side, opportunities for portfolio diversification and, on the corporate side, opportunities to raise debt capital.

Through the agreement, from which the two companies expect an increase in revenues, Fundera will select the best small and medium-sized companies seeking resources for bond growth, and CrowdFundMe will extend those investment opportunities to its network of investors.

In this way, SMEs will have a full range of instruments, complementary to more traditional ones, to raise resources for growth. In particular, issuers will be able to conduct "equity" transactions through CrowdFundMe, "real estate lending" transactions through its subsidiary Trusters, and also issue "minibonds" through its partnership with Fundera.

In addition, investors will have a wide range of opportunities to diversify the portfolio, being able to choose between venture capital investments, fixed-return real estate investments, and bonds.

Tommaso Baldissera Pacchetti, CEO of CrowdFundMe, said, "We decided to strengthen ourselves in the debt financing segment for SMEs and we did it with the best operator on the Italian scene in this segment. Thanks to the alliance with Fundera we open new opportunities for our investors as well as for startups and SMEs, offering a complete service for investing and raising capital. By 2024 we expect an increase in revenues thanks to this new business dynamic. We have a long-term vision, but already at the beginning of next year we expect to make a concrete contribution to volumes, which we see growing over time."

CrowdFundMe's stock is unchanged at EUR2.22 per share.
