Isuzu Motors Ltd. (TSE:7202) agreed to acquire 7.83% stake in Crops Corporation (TSE:9428) from Hiroshi Maeda for approximately ¥400 million on February 12, 2015. Hiroshi Maeda, Chairman of the Board will sell 0.75 million shares at the price of ¥532.2 per share. After the transaction, Hiroshi Maeda will hold 8.18% stake in Crops Corporation.
The tentative application date is February 13, 2015. The transaction is expected to close on February 18, 2015.
