Senior Secured Floating Rate Loan Fund is a closed-end investment trust. The Fund's investment objectives are to provide holders of Units (Unitholders) with stable monthly cash distributions; preservation of capital, and increased returns in the event that short-term interest rates rise. The Fund was created to invest in an actively managed portfolio consisting primarily of first lien senior secured floating rate corporate loans (First Lien Senior Secured Loans or Senior Secured Loans) of the United States borrowers rated B- or higher by Standard & Poor's (S&P) or B3 or higher by Moody's Investor Services, Inc. The Fund invests in bonds, term loans, derivatives and other assets/liabilities. Fiera Capital Corporation manages the Fund.
