CREEK & RIVER Co., Ltd. (TSE:4763) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 500,000 shares, representing 2.20% of the issued shares for ¥500 million. The purpose of the program is to acquire treasury stock in order to carry out agile capital policy in response to changes in the business environment. The program will run until May 31, 2021. As of January 8, 2021, the company has 22,742,333 shares in issue and 776,467 shares in treasury.
