Reference is made to the Board of Directors Meeting No. 3/2022 of CPN REIT Management Company Limited (the "REIT Manager") as the REIT Manager of CPN Retail Growth Leasehold REIT ("CPNREIT") held on 4 August 2022. The meeting has passed a resolution for the interim Distribution of Returns at the rate of Baht 0.2800 per unit, which was paid from the performance period of 1 April - 30 June 2022.

In this regard, the book closing date for the right to receive the interim Distribution of Returns is scheduled on 19 August 2022, and the distribution payment date will be on 2 September 2022.
