ATHENS, GREECE - January 25, 2012 - Costamare Inc. (NYSE:CMRE), announced today that it will release its results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2011 after the market closes in New York on Wednesday, February 1, 2012. On the following day, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. EST, Costamare's management team will hold a conference call to discuss the financial results.
