Gotham Resource Corp. announced a non-brokered financing of a minimum of 4,000,000 subscription receipts at a price of CAD 0.75 per subscription receipt for gross proceeds of not less than CAD 3,000,000 on October 16, 2023. The subscription receipts will convert into 4.4 shares.
The company may pay finders fees to third parties in connection with the subscription receipt financing in accordance with the policies of the TSX-V.
