Copa Holdings SA announced preliminary consolidated traffic results for month and year to date ended December 2016. For the month, the company reported available seat miles of 1,977.0 mm compared with 1,934.1 mm for the same period a year ago. Revenue passenger miles were 1,601.3 mm compared with 1,468.8 mm for the same period a year ago. Load factor was 81% compared with 75.9% for the same period a year ago.
For the year to date, the company reported available seat miles of 22,005.5 mm compared with 21,672.1 mm for the same period a year ago. Revenue passenger miles were 17,689.8 mm compared with 16,305.9 mm for the same period a year ago. Load factor was 80.4% compared with 75.2% for the same period a year ago.
