NOTICE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the 76th Meeting of the Board of Directors of ConsolidatedHallmark Insurance Plc (The Company) will hold as follows:
DATE: Tuesday, February 22, 2022.
TIME: | 12:00 pm. |
VENUE: Virtual.
The following items will be discussed at the meeting:
- Matters Arising from Minutes of the 75th meeting of the Board of Directors;
- Consideration and Adoption of Draft Audited Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2021 amongst other agenda.
In view of the above, the Company hereby announces that its Closed Period commenced on Saturday, 1st January 2022, and will remain until twenty-four (24) hours after the 2021 AuditedFinancial Statements for the Year ended 31st December is released to the public.
Within this period, all those who are considered as "insiders" of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Rules and Regulations of the Nigerian Exchange Ltd (the Exchange), areunder restriction not to trade or deal in the shares of the Company.
