MBK Partners made an offer to acquire a 38.9% stake Connectwave Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A119860) for KRW 330 billion on April 29, 2024. MBK Partners will offer KRW 18000 per share for 18.2 million shares. The consideration will be funded from KRW 335.3 billion from equity and KRW 60.8 billion from borrowings. The transaction is expected to close on May 24, 2024.
