Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with CVM instructions and pursuant to the Notice to the Market of October 26, 2021, hereby communicates to its shareholders, investors and the market at large that:
The Public Consultation with the proposed Resolution regarding the criteria and conditions for the transfer of a portion of direct revenue from providers, regulated by the Regulatory Agency of Delegated Public Services of Paraná ("AGEPAR)" to the Municipal Funds for Basic and Environmental Sanitation ("FMSBA"), as well as the criteria for such transfers to be included in the tariff of service providers, is open for contributions between 11/23/2021 and 01/07/2022. AGEPAR's Board of Directors, at its 33rd Ordinary Meeting, held on this date, dealt with the regulatory action alternatives given the possible delay in the consulting products delivery for the 2nd phase of the 2nd Periodic Tariff Review (2nd RTP), discussed at its 31st Ordinary Meeting, deciding to open a Public Consultation for receiving contributions regarding the alternatives presented.
