The Company is formed for the purpose of effecting a merger, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganization or similar business combination with one or more businesses. The Company initially intend to focus its search for target businesses on companies operating in the Federally permissible cannabinoid industry, which are compliant with all applicable laws and regulations within the jurisdictions in which they are located or operate.
