Agri Invest Ltd.'s subsidiary, Kamor Ltd., imports and markets Dunlop tires to its customers through the concession of Goodyear Lastiklerit A.S. in Israel and Bulgaria. Kamor Ltd. is also active in the high-tech and technology industry, with an emphasis on start-up companies, and it holds real estate in Israel, Bulgaria, Germany, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The Company holds a number of assets based both in Israel and abroad. The shipping sector comprises holdings in five transport ships.
