1. Summary of the notification
Cofinimmo has received a transparency notification dated 05.12.2019 indicating that the group BlackRock, Inc. with registered offices at 55 East 52nd Street, New York, NY, 10055, USA now holds, by virtue of the acquisition or disposal of voting securities and equivalent financial instruments, 5,01% of the voting rights of the company. It has therefore crossed the 5% threshold upwards.
