RE: DISTRIBUTION OF ORPHEUS ENERGY SHARES AND TAX FILE NUMBERS

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Coalworks Limited (“Coalworks”), I am pleased to advise that on 17

August 2011, Orpheus Energy Limited (“Orpheus”) was reinstated to official quotation on ASX on 17 August

2011. Coalworks currently holds a significant holding in Orpheus and the board of Coalworks has resolved to approve the distribution of part of Coalworks’ shareholding in Orpheus, at a ratio of 1 Orpheus share for every 8 Coalworks shares held ("Distribution”).

Orpheus is a company listed on ASX (ASX: OEG) whose focus is on coal production, exploration and development of coal deposits into production in Australia and Indonesia.

The Distribution will be in the form of an unfranked dividend paid by Coalworks, satisfied by Orpheus shares. The Distribution will be conducted according to the following timetable:

Ex Date for Distribution	Monday, 12 September 2011
Record Date for Distribution	Friday, 16 September 2011
Despatch Date of Orpheus holding statements to Coalworks shareholders receiving the Distribution	Friday, 23 September 2011

IMPORTANT: Notification of Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN)

Coalworks does not currently have on file a valid TFN, ABN or exemption category for your holdings.

You are not required to quote your TFN or ABN. However, if you choose not to provide your TFN, ABN or exemption category, and you are an Australian resident for taxation purposes, Coalworks is required to deduct withholding tax, at 46.5% of the gross unfranked portion of the dividend. For non-residents of Australia, non-resident withholding tax is deducted at up to 30% of the gross unfranked portion of the dividend. If you are a resident of a country which has entered into a double taxation agreement with Australia, a lower rate of withholding tax may apply (generally 15%).Collection of TFNs is strictly regulated by taxation laws.

Please provide your TFN or ABN or exemption category by:

1) Completing the attached notification of TFN, ABN or Exemption Code form provided; and

2) Sending the completed form by post, fax or online by 16 September 2011 to Boardroom Pty

Ltd (Coalworks’ Share Registry).
