Informatie betreffende inkoop eigen aandelen doorNV Belgische Scheepvaartmaatschappij, CMBIn het kader van de regelgeving met betrekking tot de inkoop van eigen aandelen door genoteerde vennootschappen, meldt CMB NV de volgende transacties:

Vermelde beurstransacties werden uitgevoerd conform de machtiging die de buitengewone algemene vergadering van 12 mei 2009 hiervoor verleende aan de raad van bestuur.
Ingevolge vermelde transacties, en met inbegrip van de 200.000 eigen aandelen reeds in portefeuille, bedraagt het totaal aantal eigen aandelen in portefeuille van de vennootschap 485.000 aandelen. All these transactions were carried out in accordance with the mandate given to the board of directors
by the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 12 May 2009. Following above-mentioned transactions and taking into account the 200.000 own shares already owned, CMB now has 485.000 own shares.
