Clough Global Allocation Fund, Clough Global Equity Fund and Clough Global Opportunities Fund appointed Hon. Vincent W. Versaci as a Trustee of each Fund effective March 14, 2013. Judge Versaci has served as a Judge and Supreme Court Justice in the State of New York since January, 2003.
Currently, Judge Versaci is assigned as an Acting Supreme Court Justice and presides over the Surrogate's Court for Schenectady County, New York.
Clough Global Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a closed-end management investment company. The Fundâs investment objective is to provide a high level of total return and current income. It seeks to achieve its objective by applying a fundamental research-driven investment process. It will invest in equity and equity-related securities, as well as fixed-income securities, including both corporate and sovereign debt.
