The Company stated that Saba Capital Management, L.P. and its hedge funds, are looking to make a quick profit at the expense of long term shareholders and urged shareholders to protect investment in the Fund by voting for the election of Edmund Burke, Vincent Versaci and Clifford J. Weber as Trustees.
Clough Global Equity Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide a high level of total return.
