NRG Energy, Inc. and NRG Yield, Inc. Appoint David Callen as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

David Callen was named Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of NRG Energy, Inc. effective March 3, 2015. He is assuming the position of the Company's principal accounting officer from Ronald B. Stark and will report to Kirkland B. Andrews, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Callen was also named Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of NRG Yield, Inc. Mr. Callen, age 43, most recently served as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis beginning in November 2010.
Mr. Callen joined the Company as Manager, Accounting Research in September 2004 and served as Director, Financial Reporting from February 2006 through October 2007. Mr. Callen served as Director, Finance from October 2007 through October 2010.
Clearway Energy, Inc. is a renewable energy company.
