Korian (ENXTPA:KORI) entered into an agreement to acquire Grupo 5 Acci=n y Gesti=n Social, S.A. from Corpfin Capital Asesores, S.A., SGEIC and others on July 28, 2022. Ernst & Young, S.L. acted as due diligence provider to Corpfin.
