CJ ENM CO., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A035760) agreed to acquire remaining 47% stake in Bon Factory Co.,Ltd from Kwang Hee Oh and Seok Hwan Moon for KRW 37.6 billion on October 24, 2022. As per the terms of the deal, CJ ENM CO will acquire 56,959 shares from Kwang Hee Oh and 56,960 shares from Seok Hwan Moon each for KRW 330,058. Post-completion, CJ ENM CO., Ltd. will own 100% stake in Bon Factory Co.,Ltd. The Board of Directors of CJ ENM CO., Ltd has resolved the deal on October 24, 2022, and the expected date of signing the stock purchase contract is October 24, 2022.
CJ ENM Co Ltd, formerly CJ O Shopping Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in home shopping and catalogue sales business. The company operates its business through four segments. The Media Business segment provides broadcasting services through broadcasting channels such as TVN, OCN, and channel (CH) CGV, and sells broadcasting contents.
