City & Land Developers, Incorporated reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2021. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was PHP 0.841655 million compared to PHP 1.18 million a year ago. Revenue was PHP 170.19 million compared to PHP 87.51 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 46.59 million compared to PHP 29.72 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 0.0286 compared to PHP 0.019 a year ago.
